- Experience interpreting schematics and design documentation within technical and regulatory constraints
- Medical device development or regulated industry experience (preferred)
- C/C++ software development with knowledge of SDLC methodologies and best practices (preferred)
What you'll be doing
- Design, develop, and verify electrical and software components for regulated medical devices
- Perform hardware-firmware integration debugging and diagnose failures at the signal level
- Support product end-of-life evaluations and execute design changes via engineering change orders
- Apply circuit, system, and software test methods including prototyping and design reviews
- Translate clinical, user, and customer inputs into design requirements and system architectures
