- Data analysis and statistical process control experience

- Partner with R&D to ensure mechanical designs meet quality and manufacturability requirements
- Lead risk management activities including developing plans, conducting reviews, and verifying control effectiveness
- Support process control implementation with operations and suppliers for mechanical components
- Participate in design reviews and track mitigation of risks across development phases
- Lead design validation activities including human factors evaluation and performance assessment
