Role summary
Senior Training Manager position at SCIEX (Danaher) responsible for designing and delivering commercial sales training programs globally. - Design and deliver engaging learning solutions including workshops, e-learning, certifications, and coaching
- Partner with sales leadership to drive adoption of commercial excellence competencies and best practices
- Measure training effectiveness through assessments, certifications, feedback, and business performance metrics
- Align training priorities across Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions to ensure consistent capability development
Compensation$130,000-$142,000 base
