Experience working within a Quality Management System in regulated environments
Cross-functional collaboration experience with software, hardware, and multidisciplinary engineering teams
Experience with reliability engineering, verification and validation, or failure analysis
Formal systems engineering education, training, or hands-on experience (preferred)
Medical device industry experience and familiarity with FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 62304 requirements (preferred)

What you'll be doing

Lead system-level design, development, and integration activities for implantable devices and enabling technologies
Translate customer, clinical, and business needs into stakeholder and system requirements with traceability
Define and manage system architectures, interfaces, workflows, and functional requirements across hardware and software
Lead system verification and validation activities including test planning, execution, and compliance documentation
Conduct risk assessments and support identification and mitigation of technical risks and failure modes
