Natera seeks a Senior Software Engineer to build AI governance infrastructure embedded in clinical AI workflows. What you'll be doing

Design and build guardrail controls in LLM Gateway (content filtering, output validation, PHI/PII detection, prompt injection defenses)
Engineer governance layers for agentic runtime and RAG infrastructure with policy enforcement and output routing
Implement observability and monitoring for all AI platform controls and production use cases
Design and operate automated AI risk intake pipeline with scoring, tiering, and routing logic
Build AI Risk Register and incident response systems with automated detection and remediation tracking
