Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Oversee production of library products according to SOPs and quality standards across all shifts
- Lead, mentor, and manage team of Manufacturing Associates and supervisors with hiring and performance management
- Monitor production metrics, yields, and quality; implement corrective actions and continuous improvements
- Partner with Quality and Technology Transfer teams to ensure compliance and implement new processes
- Manage equipment maintenance, calibration, and operation of automated/semi-automated lab systems
