Role summary
Medtronic seeks a senior strategic sourcing specialist to manage procurement initiatives across Human Resources and Professional Services categories within a $250+ million indirect spend portfolio. - Bachelor's degree and 5+ years sourcing, procurement, or supply management experience; or advanced degree and 3+ years

- Ability to analyze spend data, supplier performance metrics, and market intelligence

- Identify and execute strategic sourcing opportunities across assigned spend categories
- Lead RFP, RFI, and competitive sourcing events to optimize supplier selection and drive value
- Partner with business stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with organizational objectives
- Negotiate commercial terms and support contract development with Legal and internal teams
- Analyze spend and market data to identify improvement opportunities and inform sourcing decisions
