Role summary

Medtronic seeks a Principal Production Planner to lead production and capacity planning strategies at its Brooklyn Center manufacturing facility. SAP and Blue Yonder planning systems experience preferred
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (medical device, pharmaceutical, life sciences) preferred

What you'll be doing

Lead production planning and capacity strategies to support business growth and uninterrupted product supply
Analyze demand, inventory, capacity, and production performance data to identify risks and opportunities
Develop and execute master production schedules balancing customer demand, inventory targets, and operational priorities
Drive cross-functional decision-making by partnering with Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, and Finance teams
Identify supply chain vulnerabilities and develop contingency plans for material shortages and capacity constraints
