Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Serve as technical subject matter expert for mechanical design, FEA, and statistical analysis across NPI projects
- Lead complex mechanical system architecture, detailed design, tolerance analysis, and manufacturability optimization
- Execute advanced FEA modeling and validate results against experimental data to drive design refinements
- Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and lead cross-functional technical discussions
- Guide design control documentation, verification and validation protocols, and regulatory compliance activities
