Role summary
Regeneron seeks a Senior Scientist to lead drug product process development activities, including cross-scale modeling, technology transfer to manufacturing sites, and establishment of in-house development capabilities for a growing pipeline of therapeutic modalities.

What you'll be doing
- Lead drug product process development activities across multiple unit operations and programs
- Design, execute, and document formulation and fill-finish development studies to assess process parameter impacts on product quality
- Support implementation of cross-scale models bridging laboratory and manufacturing scales
- Establish in-house drug product development laboratory capabilities including layout, equipment procurement, and operational oversight
- Author and review technical documentation including guidelines, protocols, regulatory sections, and risk assessments for technology transfer
