Role summary

- Operate machines and equipment to required specifications; ensure material availability
- Develop and revise standard operating procedures and work instructions collaboratively
- Support improvement projects and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Conduct on-the-job training for new hires and coordinate with cross-functional teams
