Senior manufacturing operator at a critical production station, responsible for assembly, testing, and quality control while supporting engineering teams and mentoring new employees on technical processes and procedures.

What you'll be doing

Execute core production tasks at critical stations following technical drawings and standard operating procedures
Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, equipment utilization, and reduce waste
Record production data, first-pass yield metrics, and quality reports for continuous tracking and improvement
Train and mentor new operators on station-specific skills and cross-line production support
