Role summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager to lead global R&D Applications and Systems, defining product lifecycle management strategy and master data governance across enterprise R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain functions.

What you'll be doing

Define and execute global PLM/ALM/CAD product strategy aligned to R&D and enterprise IT objectives with governance and roadmap accountability
Serve as Directly Responsible Individual and Business Product Manager for PLM development, deployment, and Agile-to-Windchill transformation initiatives
Define and operationalize master data models, governance, stewardship, and quality practices across critical R&D domains
Lead cross-functional team to translate R&D stakeholder needs into technical requirements and prioritize work with IT and vendors
Develop stakeholder readiness, training, and adoption plans; monitor outcomes and KPIs to drive data-informed decisions
