Experience with simulation tools (SimPy, AnyLogic, Simio, Arena) or equivalent platforms
Ability to translate business problems into rigorous computational models and communicate results to diverse audiences

What you'll be doing

Formulate and solve optimization problems for portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, capacity planning, and scheduling
Design and validate digital twins and simulations of development, manufacturing, and clinical supply operations
Develop robust, reusable modeling workflows using Python and modern scientific computing tooling
Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate models into enterprise data systems and operational workflows
Mentor colleagues and provide technical direction on modeling approaches and best practices
