Role summary
Senior Metrology Engineer role at a new biologics manufacturing facility in Wilmington, Delaware. Responsible for establishing and leading calibration, instrumentation, and metrology programs from inception through commercial operation, partnering across manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams.

What you'll be doing
- Provide metrology engineering leadership across design, construction, commissioning, qualification, and commercial operation phases
- Develop and implement site-wide calibration and metrology program aligned with company standards and industry best practices
- Serve as engineering owner for instrumentation and calibration systems across manufacturing, laboratories, utilities, and facility infrastructure
- Generate instrument datasheets, specifications, and technical standards; manage full lifecycle of instrumentation assets
- Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, and qualification activities; lead troubleshooting of instrumentation failures and process deviations
