What you'll be doing
- Lead Managed Care Commercial and Medicare Part D rebate operations including customer invoice review and payment processing
- Use reporting, data analysis, and systems knowledge to identify trends, risks, and process improvement opportunities
- Communicate with internal partners, senior leaders, external customers, and vendors to resolve issues and align on decisions
- Oversee customer submission validation, exception resolution, and payment processing for accuracy and contractual compliance
- Coach and develop team members on analytical judgment, accountability, and problem-solving capability
