Amgen seeks a Senior Manager to lead global scientific communications and publication strategy for obesity-related therapeutics. Knowledge of ICMJE, Good Publication Practice guidelines, and transparency standards
Strong analytical and communication skills with multi-channel scientific platform experience
Artificial intelligence literacy and digital fluency
Willingness to travel 10-20% annually

What you'll be doing

Develop and execute global scientific publication and HCP engagement strategies aligned with product objectives
Create publication plans, strategic content briefs, and oversee manuscript, abstract, and presentation development
Partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Amgen India to ensure compliant and compelling communication
Define and track KPIs to measure publication impact and engagement effectiveness across channels
Manage external vendors and agencies while mentoring scientific communications staff across geographies
