Role summary
Integra LifeSciences seeks a Senior Manager of Field Reimbursement for the West region to drive reimbursement strategy and market access across wound, surgical reconstruction, neurosurgery, and ENT portfolios. This field-based leadership role partners with commercial teams and payers to optimize coverage pathways and accelerate technology adoption.

- 5-10 years sales, marketing, or negotiation experience

- Knowledge of healthcare provider financial systems and operations across multiple settings
- Experience with government healthcare facilities (VA, DOD) preferred

- Execute payer strategies to expand commercial coverage and engage payer decision-makers
- Partner with regional sales leadership to align reimbursement initiatives with commercial objectives

- Build strategic relationships with payers, government stakeholders, and hospital administrators
