Role summary

- Serve as scientific liaison across R&D, regulatory, medical affairs, and commercial teams to integrate clinical insights
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of clinical scientists with focus on professional development and scientific excellence
- Manage clinical data analysis and support regulatory submissions and agency interactions
