Role summary
Senior Maintenance Technician position at Thermo Fisher Scientific's St. Louis manufacturing facility supporting GMP-regulated biopharmaceutical production. What you'll be doing
- Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on process and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Complete maintenance work orders and documentation in SAP CMMS system
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to minimize downtime
- Mentor technicians and contribute to continuous improvement and root cause analysis initiatives
