Role summary
Senior Maintenance & Facilities Engineer at a medical device manufacturer responsible for maintaining plant critical systems, equipment, and utilities. - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- 3-5 years maintenance, facilities, or engineering experience in pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing
- Strong problem-solving and data-driven analytical skills with knowledge of DMAIC methodology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing systems
- Ability to author and execute engineering validation protocols for processes and equipment
- Green Belt, Black Belt, or PMP certification preferred
- Experience with statistical analysis tools such as Minitab preferred
What you'll be doing
- Provide technical support and continuous improvement for production equipment, automation, utilities, and capital projects
- Act as primary contact for management and maintenance of critical systems and process equipment
- Lead CAPA and NCR investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Develop and coordinate engineering documentation including validation plans, PFMEA, and equipment qualification procedures
- Ensure regulatory compliance and safe work environment while managing EHS/Safety activities
