Proficiency with SailPoint ISC, ServiceNow, Active Directory, Azure AD, REST APIs, and Java/BeanShell
Experience delivering large-scale IAM transformation programs
SailPoint Certified Identity Security Cloud Engineer certification preferred

What you'll be doing

Design and implement enterprise-wide identity governance solutions using SailPoint ISC and ServiceNow
Lead SailPoint implementation projects from design through deployment and integration with HR, ERP, and cloud systems
Establish IAM governance processes, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor engineers and administrators
Ensure solutions comply with GxP, SOX, and other regulatory requirements; support internal and external audits
Gather requirements through workshops, translate business needs into technical solutions, and present recommendations to leadership
