Role summary

What you'll be doing
- Prepare and execute validation studies on Chemistry and Immunoassay instruments including setup, calibration, and method comparisons
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers for assay and quality control questions
- Deliver onsite training for proper instrumentation operation to customer Key Operators
- Collaborate with customer operators during validation to reinforce training and ensure operational readiness
- Partner with Tech Support, Field Service, Sales, and Customer Training teams on technical issues
