What you'll be doing
- Lead medium to large-scope LSS projects across manufacturing and supply chain using DMAIC and statistical tools
- Conduct root-cause analyses and partner with site leaders to define project charters and manage execution through reviews
- Coach Green Belts and project teams on continuous improvement tools and basic statistical methods
- Support implementation and maturation of Daily Management elements including visual controls and performance metrics
- Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering to resolve operational problems and validate improvement benefits
