What you'll be doing

Define and execute global product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business and regulatory objectives
Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement
Partner with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to translate needs into scalable solutions
Manage product backlog prioritization, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and compliance requirements
Establish governance frameworks for labeling processes, templates, version control, and change management
