Role summary
Manager of Regulatory and Clinical Affairs for the Acute Care business unit, leading cross-functional teams in developing regulatory strategies and clinical evidence for medical devices. This role shapes product market access, ensures compliance, and drives business success in a remote, hybrid, or onsite capacity.

- Minimum 8 years regulatory affairs and/or clinical affairs experience in medical devices

- Experience planning or conducting clinical studies, including IDE and post-marketing studies

- Drive integrated regulatory strategy, market access, and clinical evidence generation for medical devices
- Manage day-to-day regulatory and clinical processes with appropriate evaluation, escalation, and communication
- Establish budgets, manage resources, and oversee team performance objectives and development
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and represent processes during internal and external audits
