Role summary

Senior Director/General Manager position leading the Purification strategic business segment within the BioProduction Group. Responsible for developing global portfolio strategies, innovation roadmaps, market expansion, and P&L management for a major business unit.

Partner with R&D to advance new product development and build strategic product roadmaps
Collaborate on strategic partnerships and acquisitions through business development
Lead high-performing teams and build relationships with key opinion leaders and customers
Ensure successful commercialization across global sales and marketing channels

Compensation$212,000-$305,000 base
