What you'll be doing
- Lead end-to-end strategic planning for Cell Culture business including vision, financial targets, and competitive positioning
- Partner with General Manager and Product Leaders on strategic decisions regarding growth opportunities and investment priorities
- Assess core, adjacent, and transformational market opportunities; identify organic and inorganic growth options
- Establish operating cadence, metrics, and cross-functional review mechanisms to track progress and resolve trade-offs
- Facilitate strategic workshops and influence across organization to drive alignment and communicate priorities
