What you'll be doing

Serve as responsive customer contact for inquiries, commercial support and pre-order coordination via shared channels
Triage customer requests, provide timely initial response and maintain ownership until proper function acceptance
Support Sales in preparing quotations and proposals for systems, service contracts, spare parts and aftermarket solutions
Manage complex multi-stakeholder opportunities requiring technical validation and engineering inputs
Ensure proposal accuracy, policy alignment and complete pre-order package before PO receipt
