Role summary
Senior individual contributor role focused on enhancing operational performance across distribution, logistics, and operations at Phenomenex's U.S. Distribution Center. - Lean/DBS or similar structured improvement methodology leadership or execution experience
- Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency with independent data analysis capabilities
- Working knowledge of logistics operations including carrier management and freight cost optimization
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work extended periods on warehouse/manufacturing floor

- Identify and resolve operational flow gaps across receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Drive logistics improvements in carrier performance, routing strategies, and freight cost optimization
- Improve inventory management, slotting strategy, and warehouse layout for efficient flow
- Execute cross-functional operational improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving methodologies
- Analyze operational data using Power BI, D365, and Excel to support decision-making
