What you'll be doing
- Deliver product training on Closure System, VenaSeal, and related equipment to physicians and clinical staff across multiple specialties
- Provide technical case support and coverage for procedures to ensure safe and effective product use
- Develop site-specific sales strategies in partnership with territory sales teams and conduct in-service training
- Investigate customer complaints, document findings, and recommend solutions to management
- Communicate product performance feedback and improvement suggestions to Research and Development
