Role summary
Field-based OnSite Specialist role providing clinical and technical support in operating rooms for Stryker surgical equipment and systems. Manages equipment setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance while collaborating with surgeons, OR staff, and biomedical teams across assigned and regional accounts.

- Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or equivalent certifications
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including on-call, overnight, and weekends with 45-minute on-call proximity requirement
- Physical capability to stand extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
What you'll be doing
- Set up and configure Stryker surgical towers, booms, lights, and integrated systems per surgeon specifications
- Troubleshoot endoscopy and integration systems during and between procedures
- Provide real-time equipment adjustments and monitoring during surgical cases
- Perform equipment breakdown, cleaning, disinfection, and restocking post-procedure
- Educate OR and sterile processing staff on Stryker product operation and troubleshooting
Compensation$23.74 - $32.12 USD hourly
