Role summary
Senior Calibration Technician responsible for maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and calibration of laboratory and manufacturing equipment at Baxter's Round Lake facility. Role includes technical reporting, data analysis, and support across three manufacturing cells.

- Associate's degree and three to five years of relevant calibration or metrology experience

- Complete understanding of cGMP and GDP procedures
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; flexible scheduling including maintenance shutdown periods
- Not allergic to Penicillin or Cephalosporin drugs; authorized to work in U.S.
What you'll be doing
- Execute calibration testing procedures for instruments and equipment per SOPs; maintain compliance documentation
- Create and maintain equipment files for all test and manufacturing equipment requiring calibration
- Set up laboratory standards and equipment to test, evaluate, and calibrate other instruments
- Investigate calibrations lab nonconformances, own related corrective action plans, and serve as metrology technical resource
- Coordinate external instrument recertification, perform incoming inspections, and manage purchase orders
