Role summary

- NITEC graduate with 2+ years manufacturing experience, or Diploma with 1+ year experience

- Ability to work rotating shifts with occasional lifting up to 20kg
- Knowledge of compliance, safety, quality, and 5S methodology
- Microsoft software and SAP/ERP experience preferred
- Basic Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) operations knowledge preferred
What you'll be doing
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment while adhering to specifications and procedures
- Monitor production processes and escalate line issues and quality concerns
- Perform preliminary equipment troubleshooting and deliver on-the-job training to new staff
- Develop and revise standard operating procedures with cross-functional teams
- Support continuous improvement projects and assigned operational initiatives
