Lead execution of complex manufacturing processes and develop non-routine procedures to support production efficiency
Enter manufacturing data accurately into LMES and CMMS Maximo systems with cGMP compliance
Inspire team performance by connecting daily work to organizational goals and encouraging continuous improvement
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment downtime issues to support daily production operations
Seek and implement feedback from team members to enhance line performance and foster innovation culture
