- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing background preferred
What you'll be doing
- Lead Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives to eliminate waste and improve productivity
- Design, troubleshoot, and optimize automated assembly equipment while maintaining quality and compliance
- Analyze manufacturing performance data to identify OEE losses and process improvement opportunities
- Lead capital equipment projects from justification through installation, validation, and production release
- Provide technical leadership and support for daily operations and rapid issue resolution
