- Administer health, dental, life insurance, disability, and retirement benefit plans across JAPAC region
- Serve as primary contact for employee benefit inquiries, eligibility, enrollments, and issue resolution
- Manage benefit deductions, taxable processing, and reconciliation with payroll teams
- Partner with vendors and insurers to monitor service performance and resolve operational issues
- Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements; support internal and external audits
