Role summary
Integra LifeSciences seeks a Senior Analyst for Enterprise Sales Operations to support executive directors with advanced analytics, contract administration, and pricing compliance. - Bachelor's degree or seven years related experience in analytics, contracts, or finance
- Minimum seven years experience in analytics, contract administration, customer service, or accounting/finance
- Two years data mining, manipulation, validation, and reporting using Cognos, Oracle, Power BI, Model N, or Looker
- Intermediate Excel proficiency including lookups, conditional statements, and macros
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and medical device industry operations and data
- Model N experience, particularly Model N Looker, highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently
What you'll be doing
- Prepare advanced analytics on pricing, compliance, and customer performance for Enterprise Executive Directors
- Administer contracts including rebate processing, fee management, and compliance verification
- Extract, transform, and report customer sales and pricing data using Excel, Cognos, Looker, and Power BI
- Train new analysts and serve as subject matter expert on cross-functional projects
- Facilitate contract creation and RFI/RFP processes by coordinating with sales, legal, and pricing teams
