Role summary
Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative for cardiovascular sales in the San Francisco Bay Area. - Specialty sales background in cardiology, oncology, nephrology, or related therapeutic areas preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge communication and customer relationship management skills
- Proficiency in planning, business acumen, impactful communication, and results-driven execution
What you'll be doing
- Deliver clinical product knowledge and communicate benefits to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization
- Achieve territory sales targets through branded messaging, educational programs, and in-person and virtual engagement
- Develop and manage customer accounts by customizing interactions, resolving reimbursement issues, and maintaining contracts
- Analyze territory performance and sales effectiveness, providing feedback on marketing strategy to District Manager
- Share best practices with colleagues and demonstrate sustained passion for Amgen products and patient impact
