Role summary
AbbVie's Allergan Aesthetics division seeks a plastic surgery specialist to promote and sell breast implants, dermal matrices, and regenerative medicine products to plastic surgeons across the Montreal region. The 12-month contract role involves regional sales management, market expansion, and clinical product presentations.
What they're looking for
- University degree or MBA
- 5+ years of sales experience in hospital and surgical settings with proven technical and scientific sales success
- Deep knowledge of medical device and/or pharmaceutical industry practices and market dynamics
- Operating room experience strongly recommended
- Prior experience with plastic surgeons preferred
- Strong business acumen, advanced MS Office proficiency, excellent presentation and communication skills
- Advanced English fluency required; valid driver's license mandatory
What you'll be doing
- Manage regional sales efforts focused on plastic surgeon community and market expansion
- Promote Allergan NATRELLE and LifeCell implants and AlloDerm products to private clinics and hospitals
- Present products in surgical and clinical environments to optimize utilization
- Develop data-driven strategic territory vision and maximize market opportunities
