Role summary
IQVIA seeks a bilingual customer support representative for remote work in Halifax or Mississauga. What you'll be doing
- Answer incoming calls and communications for patient support programs per quality standards
- Provide clinical telephone, email, and web support on products, treatment practices, and medication administration
- Conduct patient financial assessments and navigate insurance reimbursement and prior authorization requests
- Review and approve exceptional patient assistance cases within defined authorization limits
- Report adverse drug events within 24 hours or per manufacturer requirements
