Role summary
Merck seeks a Production Support Specialist for an 18-month fixed-term role at their Krems facility in Austria. - Project management experience and proficiency in root cause analysis methods
- Expertise in deviation analysis, impact assessments, and problem-solving in production environments
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
- Strong quality and safety awareness with demonstrated organizational capability
What you'll be doing
- Transfer and implement production processes between facilities and from research and development to manufacturing
- Evaluate and deploy new production technologies and systems
- Conduct process optimization activities and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Investigate process deviations and perform root cause analysis investigations
- Support equipment qualification and process validation efforts with validation teams
CompensationEUR 50,000 gross per year minimum; adjustments possible based on qualifications and experience
