Experience developing or configuring SCADA/orchestration software (Ignition, DeltaV, WinCC OA, etc.)
Automation experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, vaccine, or life-sciences manufacturing or process development
Scripting/programming proficiency with version control, design patterns, and clean code practices
Cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; ability to engage with end-users, technicians, and vendors
Preferred: Python, C#, VBA, JavaScript, or R programming expertise

What you'll be doing

Design and deploy SCADA-based components to connect laboratory equipment, workflows, and data pipelines
Partner with researchers and automation engineers to translate scientific workflows into scalable digital systems
Develop modules, user interfaces, and orchestration logic across the operations technology platform stack
Troubleshoot integration challenges across software, automation, and laboratory systems using established methods
Create documentation, training materials, and reusable components to support long-term platform scalability
