What you'll be doing
- Manage customer account portfolio and monitor outstanding receivables for timely payment
- Conduct daily follow-up on overdue payments via telephone and email correspondence
- Review customer payment history and credit terms to identify potential credit risks
- Investigate and resolve customer payment disputes, invoice discrepancies, and billing issues
- Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate payment records in the system
