Role summary

This role coordinates GMP calibrations for equipment and instruments at a cell therapy facility, supporting a 24/7 reliability engineering operation. The technician performs planned and unplanned calibrations, maintains documentation in CMMS systems, and assists with procedure development. Candidates need 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, calibration knowledge, cGMP familiarity, and proficiency with Maximo software.

3-5 years manufacturing environment and calibration experience
Knowledge of instrumentation and various calibration methods
Proficiency with CMMS (Maximo) and Building & Process Automation Systems
Understanding of cGMP, SOPs, EHS, and local regulatory requirements
Fluent English written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

What you'll be doing

Coordinate GMP calibrations for equipment and instruments in Cell Therapy Facility
Execute planned and unplanned calibrations and assist in troubleshooting activities
Document calibration activities in CMMS and Document Management Systems per GxP regulations
Develop new calibration procedures and maintain calibration equipment and tools
Provide on-call support including overnight and weekend availability
