What you'll be doing
- Lead margin improvement projects aligned with site MIP plan and deliver on-time implementation
- Identify and evaluate MIP opportunities; assess feasibility and quantify financial savings
- Conduct and oversee process validation activities (IQ/SV/OQ/PQ/TMV) per regulatory requirements
- Facilitate Kaizen, VAVE, and workshop events to generate and develop improvement ideas
- Manage multidisciplinary teams across manufacturing, procurement, quality, and external departments
