What you'll be doing

Lead day-to-day manufacturing and site operations with timely decision-making and proactive issue resolution
Own manufacturing execution, product traceability, Device History Records, and documentation integrity
Partner with Quality to ensure SOP compliance, training, audit readiness, and remediation efforts
Coordinate operational readiness for product launches, installations, and customer support activities
Develop and maintain end-to-end process maps, operational metrics, and scalable workflows

Compensation$72,000-$89,000 base salary per year plus performance bonus
