- Experience establishing Daily Management Systems, visual management, and structured problem-solving
- Demonstrated ability to lead Lean initiatives delivering measurable operational improvements
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing, engineering, quality, and operations
- Coaching and stakeholder engagement skills across organizational levels
What you'll be doing
- Lead Lean transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple product lines
- Facilitate Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, 5S activities, and structured problem-solving
- Coach teams on Lean principles, tools, and behaviors to strengthen continuous improvement culture
- Identify and eliminate waste in manufacturing processes; optimize plant and production-line layouts
- Develop and strengthen Daily Management Systems, visual management, and performance metrics
