Role summary

- Manage execution of maintenance plans through daily coordination and technical meetings
- Assign work to technician teams and manage resources to meet daily and monthly goals
- Supervise adherence to GxP and SOP requirements; conduct safety walks and incident reviews
- Administer work orders in Maximo; coordinate equipment maintenance and access scheduling
