Role summary

- Directly supervise production associates and team leads; conduct performance evaluations and development discussions
- Monitor key performance indicators including safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity metrics
- Promote safety culture through daily observations, risk assessments, and corrective actions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, problem-solving projects, and operational excellence programs
